Our house special chimichurri sauce includes fresh parsley, garlic, oregano, olive oil, wine vinegar and other ingredients. It elevates every bite on an empanada, but also great on basically any other food! A must try!!!
Fresh ingredients such as tomato, bell peppers, garlic and onions are finely chopped and macerated in a mixture of olive oil and wine vinegar.
Tomatoes and red dried chilis. This salsa is perfect for the birria and chorizo empanada but also goes great with anything as a simple sauce to add a bit of heat.
